Team Celebration

Team Adventure
For a unique team building experience, sailing offers a fun and interactive way to learn and practice core team values of goal setting, communication, and problem solving.
While many team building exercises are carried out at the office or meeting room, this adventure gets you outside and into the natural world and onto the water for its peace and calm.
Sailing experience is not required, nor do you need to be an athlete. (In fact, no sailing experience is preferred for the program to be most effective.)
What to expect: Once on board, the Captain gives general boat and safety orientations and then a concise introduction to sailing. After that, we depart and once on the Bay, the Team Crew will begin to sail the boat, learning by doing, as we cruise the Bay, with crew rotating positions so every one gets to experience each role on the boat.
After we return, we will do a debrief. Your team members will come back smiling, a little sunburned, a little wet, a little tired, but exhilarated from their time on the water and will carry life lessons home with them and back to the office.
